Since its creation, the academy continues to share the principles of the foundations of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and one of its creators: Helio Gracie. She strives to define and achieve each of your goals, whether for self-defense, fitness or competition. The academy is committed to its community through its sharing of knowledge, its seminars and its presence in the schools of the region. She teaches young people and adults to react well to bullying, to master fear and to build personal confidence. The academy promotes respect and safety in the foundation of its values for a practice with an easy  approach and accessible to all. 

 

MGJJ STUDIO JIU JITSU is an apolitical martial academy respecting different sources and affiliations. All practitioners, regardless of affiliation, are welcome to participate or teach. No contracts, no politics. The academy strongly encourages you to discover the art of Jiu-Jitsu, regardless of your martial roots.
